Sometimes the best breakfast is the fast one. Get in and get out with this light but tasty combo of avo toast, egg and cottage cheese.


  • Daves Killer Bread
  • Eggs
  • Low fat cottage cheese or regular but it changes macros
  • 1/4 avocado
  • onion sliced
  • tomato sliced
  • salsa

I beat the eggs and then pour into heated and oiled pan. Rather than scramble them I let them cook slowly over low heat so when I put them on top they dont fall off.  I like to add tomato and onion to my avo toast but this depends on your preferences.  Add 1/2 c cottage cheese to the mix and bam. Breakfast.
