Clubbell Yoga

Weighted Yoga + Conditioning. Tap into your power with this full body movement and conditioning class. Elevate your fitness, improve joint health and range of motion with our non-traditional, non-dogmatic, locally inspired version of yoga. No "ohms" here, just movement, strength and growth.

Appropriate for all levels with modifications available.

Mace Mechanics

The Steel Mace mimics real world movement and is one of the most effective ways to train and condition your whole body thanks to the disproportionate weight displacement, you’ll be optimizing your stabilizer muscles, joints and primary power centers.  Learn the mechanics and get a killer class with these mentally stimulating and physically challenging workouts.

Primal hiit

Clubbell's intense older sister.  Kick it up a notch with tried and true programming, challenging timing protocols and innovative combined movements that will keep you on your toes. Use this time to try out the heavy clubs. One thing you can count on is leaving with a sweat drenched smile.

Core Power

Develop a strong core, reduce back pain, improve posture and overall strength with this combined class with elements of power yoga, self-myofascial release and a strong focus on abdominal strength.  Expect the room to be comfortably heated and have about 20 minutes mobility and yoga movement and learn SMR teqniches you can use at home.

Innovative body weight circuit training that will boost mobility and balance by using a focused mind/muscle connection that will translate directly into your every day movements. Work with simple tools like Rad Rollers for self-myofascial release, resistance bands, bosu and exercise balls.

Moderate/Low intensity. 

Strength fusion

Life is not linear which is why we don't think workouts should be either. Develop lean, powerful and functional muscles in this fast paced class with a focus on kettlebell, heavy clubs and mace complexes that are guaranteed to push you to your strongest self while maintaining optimal joint health.
