Sesame Tuna and veggie salad - 28p, 20f, 14c - Gluten Free

YUM is the only way to describe this. I guess easy works too.

Ingredients:

Vinagrette

  • sesame oil
  • rice wine vinegar
  • garlic powder
  • ginger
  • garlic powder
  • honey
  • soy sauce or tamari

Salad

  • blend of greens, your choice
  • fresh veggies to add (bell peppers, onions, cucumber, tomato etc)
  • Avocado
  • Tuna

In a small mason jar mix :

  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 3 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbs Tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the salad, chop and prep, add greens and veggies to the bowl. I drained the tuna and plopped it right on top. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds if you have them and drizzle with your new delish vinaigrette.
