Greek Tuna Wraps 2 Ways - 37P, 10F, Carbs optional

Greek flavoring is definitely one of my favorites.  And any time I can get away with adding some cheese to it my heart sings so... Greek Tuna Wrap was born.  Put it in your favorite tortilla or wrap it up in some lettuce. Up to you!

Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna
  • onion
  • Feta cheese
  • cucumber
  • tomato
  • mayo or substitute (avocado, greek yogurt etc)
 Tortilla for extra carbs to keep you fuller longer, depending on your goals.

Pro tip - Make a big bowl of this (several cans) and use it as meal prep.  Throw it in a sandwich every day for easy lunch, mix it in with some cold pasta (Lentil Pasta) and have a refreshing chilled and fast dinner option.
