Asian Stirfry with Soba Noodles - GF 29P, 33C 30F

Simple and easy.  Cabbage, onion and bok choy go fabulous with these kinds of dishes.

 Pick your favorite veggies and get to slicing.

Saute the beef, drain fat and set aside. Add the sliced veggies and let them soften. Medium heat. Boil water and add noodles for 4 minutes. Drain and wash noodles in cold water. When all done simply add them all together! Give a dash of soy if needed.
