Classes

We coach movement for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. We will always show multiple variations so that no matter what level or restriction you are working at, there will be something for you! Please show up 5-10 minutes early.

 
 

Clubbell Mobility

Mondays 5:30 am, 6:35 am, 10 am, 5:30 pm 6:35 pm

Tuesday 5:30 am, 5:30 pm 6:35 pm

Mobility, weighted yoga and conditioning all rolled into one. Use this class to learn the the Flex difference and unwrap the focus of the week. Elevate your fitness, improve joint health and range of motion with our non-traditional, non-dogmatic, locally inspired version of yoga + conditioning.

Moderate Intensity.

Yoga HIIT

Wednesdays 5:30 am, 6:35 am, 10 am

Kick it up a notch with tried and true programming, challenging timing protocols and innovative combined movements that will keep you on your toes with this strength based blend of movement and Clubbell work.

Appropriate for all levels with modifications available.

Rad Recovery

Saturday 12:30

Relax & Recover with the help of RAD Roller Self Myofascial Release tools treat your body to the recovery that it needs. Combined with stretching and some basic yoga flows enjoy benefits like releasing tension, increasing blood flow, reduced pain and increased mobility.

Appropriate for all.

Flex Fit

Thursday 5:30 am

Life is not linear which is why we don't think workouts should be either. Develop lean, powerful and functional muscles in this class with a focus on kettlebell, heavy clubs and mace complexes that are guaranteed to push you to your strongest self while maintaining optimal joint health. Ready to work? Level 1 will have slower timing protocols to practice and become comfortable and level 2 will kick it up a notch to challenge endurance and strength.

Steel Mace

Wednesday 5:30 pm, 6:35 pm and Saturday 10 am

The Steel Mace mimics real world movement and is one of the most effective ways to train and condition your whole body thanks to the disproportionate weight displacement, you’ll be optimizing your stabilizer muscles, joints and primary power centers. Learn the mechanics and get a killer class with these mentally stimulating and physically challenging workouts.

Flex Strength

Thursday 5:30 pm and 6:35 pm

Flex Strength is a step up from Flex Fit. This class will feature heavier clubbell work, more dynamic flows and kettlebell complexes.

This class is a bit more advanced, all levels are welcome but please modify if you are not quite sure of the movements.

Swing Dance Class

Thursday 7:30 pm

Join coach Kevin Christensen as he coaches us through his favorite East Coast Swing. All levels welcome. You do not need a partner but bringing a friend is always fun! Learn everything from basic steps to swings, dips and even areal moves. Register online. Space is limited.

Toe Tappin Tuesdays

Tuesday 6:45- Intermediate 7:15 - Beginner Dance

Learn the steps and social dances to our favorite country songs taught by Tiana.

Burlesque Dance

Sunday 1-3

Led by Bre Shanklin, feel empowered to be your sexiest self. In this expressive class, sexy is not about size, it’s about owning movement inside your own skin.

10 Class Pass - $110

For those who only can join us here, 2 times a week or less, use this package. If you will come 2 or 3 times a week, move on over to the unlimited and save a few bucks.

 

Private Training - $50 / session

Invest in yourself with the gift of private training. 4 class pack commitment required.

5 Class Pass - $60

Only can make it once a week if you’re lucky? Use the 5 class pass to join us when you can.

 

Childcare Add On - price varies

Do you have littles that need some attention while you get your sweat on? Talk to us about the options we have to offer.

2 Week Unlimited $20
