FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

During your trial you have access to use our mats free of charge. We do encourage our clients to invest in a mat for themselves which can be stored at the studio.  Mat rentals are $2.

We have a lounge area where kids are welcome to hang out. We love the idea of parents setting a healthy example for kids and love when they come hang out.  We also have two family friendly classes that your kids are welcome to participate along side of you.

Yes we have a shower on site but ask that you keep your shower to 3 minutes to facilitate more people having access in those before work classes.

No, we believe in barefoot training for multiple reasons. It is standard in all yoga/bar/pilates classes to be barefoot and we carry that concept forward to our other fitness classes as well. Training barefoot helps the body establish better balance and keeps your ankles strong, giving you a solid foundation to stand upon.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your class or appointment time as we may be offsite with a corporate client or finishing a private client. Should you arrive early, please use our lounge area to offer privacy to those still working.
